Refund policy

At Manda™ we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. At this time we do not accept returns for items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Happiness Team within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will work swiftly to address the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue you encountered with the item. We may request additional information or photos to better assist you.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items due to change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. This includes but is not limited to lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. While we are not responsible for issuing refunds in these cases, we are happy to review the situation and may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for ensuring that packages can be successfully delivered to the provided address.

If an order is returned to Manda as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and do not transfer to a replacement shipment.

If a package is returned to sender for reasons outside of Manda’s control, including carrier delivery issues, the order may be reshipped once the applicable reshipping fee has been paid.

Manda is not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with orders that are returned to sender. At Manda’s discretion, rather than reshipping the order, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the product(s) purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
