Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items due to change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. This includes but is not limited to lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. While we are not responsible for issuing refunds in these cases, we are happy to review the situation and may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.
