Simple & Effective

I am about two months postpartum with my first and going through it. This journal has really helped me at the end of each day really reflect on the best parts of each day instead of thinking about how hard the day was and helps me to have a positive perspective on this new journey.

It’s a simple journal with simple prompts, so there is not a long time commitment to this and I love that. Definitely recommend! I just wish there was a ribbon on it to keep my spot in the pages instead of having to flip through each night.
